At present we are manufacturing 35,000 T-shirts/garments per day. We are setting up a new manufacturing unit with State of the Art Technology, with a manufacturing capacity of 20,00 units per day, thus leading to combined production capacity to 50,000 pcs /day.
Our manufacturing facility is spread over 6 acres of land at industrial textile hub at Ludhiana, Punjab, India, With state of the art production facilities from Fabric to Packed product ready to be placed on the shelf. We are the largest manufacturers of Auto Striper. We also manufacture single & double jersy, pique, ribs, interlock, fleece, waffles, drop needles, with variations in lycra in any GSM and gauge. We have extensive arrangements to knit any type of contemporary fashion fabrics with production capacity of 10,500 kg fabric per day.
We are poineers in Export Quality Dying and Finishing of Knitted Fabrics and Yarns. Our production capacity is 20 Ton per day. We have installed international quality machinery for yarn and fabric dyeing in high temperatures and low temps too.
Using soft Flow machine technology. We are using AZO - free certified dyes and chemicals to mantain the quality of fabric and yarns.
We have installed imported squeezer machine for wet fabrics and relax dryers to dry the fabric which gives good finish, bounce & softness to the fabrics.
We have tumblers, pole dryers, compactors heat setting which gives the best result in shrinkage control for the fabrics. Our finishing department is dust proof.
Optimum utilization of fabrics during the cutting process is important to control wastage and cost of the product. We take extra care for correct utilization, maintaining the quality and size ratios. Cutting of garments is an important factor as it determines the fit of the product. Our cutting team and pattern/cutting masters are accustomed with latest international trends on fits and cuts.
To be able to provide world class quality in stitching we use only JUKI and PEGASUS stitching machines Over lock, Flat lock and other extra attachments for stitching are also of International Repute. We are using imported machine for over lock flat lock, buttoning, pasting thread.
The garments are steam pressed and vacuum checked in order to take away any excess moisture in the garments due to steaming. We have more than sufficient ironing machines to match our capacity of production. After pressing garments go for final packing.
Current printing facility is being run on semi automatic circular printing machines and on flat tables, however 3 MNR machines have been bought and shall be operational in a new factory setup currently under construction. Currently, all embroidery is being done inhouse on 8 computerised embroidery machines, with a combined head count of 100. Embroidery and Printing divisions are backed up by teams which develop screens and embroidery graphics inhouse, which results in quick turn around time and on time delivery.
